The Garmin handheld GPSMAP 86i has wireless connectivity and comes preloaded with worldwide basemap. Plus you can add BlueChart g3 coastal charts. You can sync the GPSMAP 86i with compatible Garmin charplotters so you can see real-time boat data displayed on your handheld. It also acts as a remote control so you can operate your Garmin autopilot. 

With built in inReach technology you are able to receive marine weather forecasts, stay in touch globally, receive two-way text messages and in the event of an emergency, trigger an interactive SOS to get help from a 24/7 global monitoring centre.
